The experience was great I'm glad I got the car I came for!
After contacting Franklin Chevrolet through Car Gurus, I received an email from the Sales Manager with his direct line phone# and email address. I contacted him twice through email, no reply. Called the phone # 3 times, no answer and no call back. I finally called the dealership which verified that the truck was still for sale and drove an hour to get there. Great customer service they're in the running with the other for vehicles
Did not have a good experience. I was contacted by email about the 4Runner. Went up there on Saturday to test drive and when I arrived nobody could find it. Not impressed.
