Great! They contacted me right away and once on the lot all we had to do was sit in the air conditioning tell our awesome sales rep, Tiffany Nebb, what we were interested in and our price range and she pulled up 2 vehicles that fit our requirements. We bought the 2nd vehicle that we test drove! Because of Tiffany ' s knowledge and professionalism and willingness to help us get the right vehicle within our budget, I will recommend Franklin Chevrolet to everyone! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!

Reserved call from sales manager when tried to negotiate the price. She acted as IRS collector & I had to simply hung up on her.
I received a prompt and helpful response to my inquiry.
I asked if vehicle had power windows and bluetooth. They said yes. I made an appointment for next morning. I drove 1.5 hours to dealership. Truck did not have power windows and bluetooth. They produces another work truck that had power windows and an auxillary cable. Price was 1500 higher. I said lower it by 1500they took 500 off. They wanted to explain why they couldn't meet my demand. I didn't need to hear the explanation. I left. Truck had a low speed shimmy, was missing a jack and a spare tire. They did contact me and told me the truck was still available. My dad drove 2 hours up there , spoke to a salesman that acted uninterested in selling anything. The truck was no longer there. Very disappointing to know that when you drive that far for terrible service. I would not recommend them for anything.
