Brett never got back to me after I asked for an itemized copy of the cost for a van we were interested in. He also had to "check with his sales manager" with each of my questions rather than working with me directly. It leads to distrust; and, because he never got back to me, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Very frustrating.
Really good people to deal with. Made a purchase of another car they had to get for me.

We waited over an hour to be seen. The car was junk and the dealer didn't bother to detail before we viewed and they knew we were coming. Tiffany, the sales rep assigned to us, was very nice

I felt like they were using this car to bait in customers. Every time I talked to them, over a weeks time, it was in the process of being sold. Then they would try to sell me something completely different.
