Business response:
Mr. Magen, We understand your frustration regarding your first visit to our facility. Unfortunately we aren't responsible for loose molding and we have signs clearly posted. In addition with the age of the vehicle being 8 years and older the cause of the molding coming off, was the adhesive no longer holding up due to the age. Nothing related to the equipment malfunctioning. I have included the signs on this post for your review.
