Been twice now. Both times I got home to see vacuuming in the back hadn't been done. Both times had to have them re-do the windows and dash. Paid a lot of money considering I had to re-do 1/2 of it myself. I'd also note that while they were not cleaning my interior, they were trying to sell me on a $200 detail. Haha! I'd love to see how they handle the details when they don't even take care of the obvious first. It's worth the drive back to Delco to go to my old car wash. They broke my back windshield wiper blade and scratched my paint on my tailgate.$780 Worth of damage. Manager wouldn't pay for the insurance on my rental car $ 3 a day? Not a good place to take your car.
