This use to be my favorite car wash. I recently dropped my car off for a detail. Upon picking it up, I noticed damage to the paint. Let me be clear— the damage was not there prior to dropping of my vehicle. I immediately reported it to management. At first, I received assurance that they will reimburse me for the damage. Today, I received a call stating that are not assuming responsibility. I am so disappointed. Mistakes happen. Worst car wash I've ever been too my back was not even vacuumed man behind counter was the least bit helpful was like talking to a brick wall !! Terrible Business

STOLE my SUNGLASSES! Do NOT GO!! They were in a case in the driver’s door. Manager DOMINIC wrote an incident report. Took 2 weeks of finally answering my phone calls to discuss any action. NONE! They have a thief getting away with stealing Ray-Ban sunglasses. So sad.
