Clean the dead bugs from the front of my car. And when I point that out to the guy with the dry towel he should have tried to clean it with a scrubbing item and soap. Duh that a dry towel will not remove the dead bugs.

i would recommend installing cameras to prevent your employees from stealing valuables from the customer's car. Pretty basic concept. Wish i could get the hour of my morning back from dealing with the police. At least i got my sunglasses and gift cards were found.

First time experience today. Opted for the express interior detail. My first reaction when my SUV was ready was complete shock. The last time my SUV looked liked this is when I bought it. Absolute incredible job done and the customer service was fabulous. I will absolutely be back and plan on signing up for the car wash program. Can't recommend Franklin Auto Spa enough!!!
