Recommended. I recently moved to The Arbors Westheimer apartments. It has been a great experience so far. The leasing agent is amazing and was very helpful throughout the process. He showed me pretty much every available apartment in the complex so that I could make an informed decision. He was also very helpful and patient with any and all questions regarding the leasing process and setting up utilities.

RecommendedI've lived here for a year and a half now and couldn't be happier!! Leasing staff is incredible, they respond quickly, actually care about tenants well being and over all happiness with where they live. The place is dog friendly which is huge. Can't beat the location.
RecommendedThe apartments are very complete, the amenities are good, staff in the leasing office are very friendly and the service is just great. The location itself isn't as central as some other apartment complexes, but the upside is that the neighborhood is safe, clean and has very easy access to the highway.

So new, so fresh and it will only get better as amenities open. Management has been amazing. In addition, you can't ask for a better location.

This place is trash now , new owners . I got my trailer stolen and 2nd time a generators. I tried to ask the office for video , video was so cheap couldn’t see nothing and plus she wouldn’t even show me the day of . Never knew who did it . They have new owners now . They took the coke machines , took the cabana place on the weekends looks trash everybody and there family or friends are at the pool . Too much . And others got there truck tails gates stolen too smh
