I applied for the Franklin apartment and they literally sent me on a goose chase for that little 135 they claim is nonrefundable. I showed them well over three times the rent to be exact. I showed them $25,000 income for the month and they denied me Saying because they didn't know where the money was coming from after they verify my bank account thur pay score and still haven't given me a denial email so that I can forward it over to my lawyers ! honestly don't recommend this property for anyone I had to ask myself will my c... read more
