Lived there for 9... yes 9 years, the best leasing people ever! I would still be there had I not gotten a job in another city. Clean, safe and quiet. I miss my apartment.

I moved here from Chicago 1 and a half months ago and i came here and Claudia and diana helped me get into this place they worked with me and it worked out for me ...... I love my place and the community is beautiful its is absolutely great luxury living at an affordable price me and my wife are happy with the Franklin
I moved from San Antonio to Houston; I love my apartment. Property manager Diana and her assistant Marilyn are professional at their work. What I noticed first and like is this property isn't surrounded with units! I have been a renter for several years, I like this place!
They takes over 5 months to get a working dishwasher... Took over a year to get a parking garage... they do not do anything about people parking on the fire lines therefor they do not care about your safety.... for the amount of money you pay for this apartment you should have the ability to park your car and also not worry about your safety being jeopardized… I been living here for over a year and half and I am not happy at all....
