I brought my dog in there today, W/in Half an hour of finding out my dog has a tumor, I was being scolded for "interrupting" him. When unless I interrupted him, I would not have had any chances to actually speak. He actually debated with me on the right way to talk w/ people in the customer service world. And even though my husband had not spoken to this "doctor" the entire visit, this guy had the audacity to address every remark to my husband, giving him a look of "in case the female isn't paying attention". I would stay away from here!!!! I took my pet in one time for an eye problem because this place was down the street from my house. The staff was exceptionally nice however the dr was a different story. He asked for all my records to be faxed even though i was only there for AN EYE ISSUE. He was not nice or considerate to me or to his own staff, however my dog did like him I guess. However the real problem started after i left..... I've been coming to Dr. Norton for well over 20 years (ever since I moved to the Dallas area). I tried 6 different vets before I found Dr. Norton (who was recommended by a friend who used him) and was very disappointed in the quality of care and the cavalier attitude of those 6. There is no question that Dr. Norton puts the health, safety, happiness and well being of your pet first, ahead of pet owners' egos or staff members' preferences.
