From the initial call with a toothache to today I've had nothing but amazing experiences. Everyone on staff is always hustling and with a smile. Some of the nicest staff from top to bottom in any industry. And when u walk in and they have free chair massages that is just icing on the cake. Gold standard in my book!
I've been going here for a couple of years now and I have always had the best experience possible. Everyone is very professional, they answer all your questions and give you a care plan from the beginning. They tell you your out of pocket cost, and help formulate a plan for what you want done. As a healthcare professional, I know how there are some providers that will go above and beyond, and others that won't. My husband went into the Maumee office as a new patient yesterday afternoon. (A few days prior to the appointment he started to complain of pain in his wisdom tooth, I was thankful he had an appointment close).
