RecommendedI had such a wonderful experience. I am terrified of the dentist. When I arrived I was shaking so bad. However Angela was awesome. I let her know how scared I was and she put me at ease. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable through every step of the process. Dr. Cooper was amazing as well. He explained all of my options. He also did his best to put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them. I don’t feel as much anxiety about going back.

I was at the Maumee location yesterday for a routine cleaning. Molly was amazing as usual. She doesn't rush and explains things as she is going along, albeit a routine cleaning, I appreciate it when she tells me what she is putting into my mouth. I also met a new dentist with the group, Dr. Cooper. He fits into Frankel and Puhl perfectly. A very friendly, professional practice that never disappoints.
From the receptionist Cindy B to the hygenist Dana and Dr. Cooper I was extremely pleased! I didn't feel pressured to make commitments to procedures. I felt that they were there to work WITH me and not my having to align to their ideas. I feel that we will have a good outcome in the future and I will enjoy being there.
Wow....I was very impressed with the staff here. Angela, my hygenist was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Kaiser was extremely helpful and very informative of everything going on. I have had extensive dental work over the years, and this is the best I've been treated of anyplace. So glad I found them.
Dr. Cooper is AWESOME! Haven't been to a dentist in YEARS, Called to see if they were accepting new patients. Came in and got my front tooth fixed same day. (Root canal). Totally pain free. If they had dentists like this before I would have went years ago.
Everyone was very helpful and professional. Very good experience!
I love this office! They went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. Dr. Green made sure I was comfortable and ease the entire time!
