The staff was great! I was given a small gift when I arrived and the staff was very professional. In addition, they put me on the call list and were able to offer me an appointment much sooner than originally scheduled. The Saturday appointments are super convenient to fit in with my work schedule, too! I highly recommend Brooke for a dental hygienist.

I was totally impressed with Dr. Frankel's office! The waiting room was bright, cheery, clean and nicely decorated. The receptionist was hospitable, pleasant, and very professional! The dental hygienist and Dentist were very thorough, explained things well, and great listeners. They answers all my questions plus a few and were very compassionate. I will be back for sure! Everyone in the office was cheerful and smiling even on a cold gray gloomy day outside!
I've been going to the same dentist since I was 9. I'm 32 now. In that time I had perfect teeth; not a single cavity ever. So now my insurance changes and I need to find a new dentist. I'm bummed but whatever. I know nothing of Dr. Frankel other than he's 2 doors down from my previous dentist. I go in and everyone is nice enough. I get some real great xrays which was nice. Cut to a doctor who looks my teeth over for 14 seconds and "Ok you have 5 cavities. we'll schedule you to get those filled. ok bye." FIVE?! I'm immediatel... read more

Had a great dental check-up today. Hygienist did a super job and Dr. Cooper did a bite adjustment on a couple of teeth that were hitting hard. Mouth is feeling better.
First time customer and I loved it! The staff was so kind and friendly, and I felt guinely cared for. Not to mention that the process was professional and simple. I'm excited to go back for my next cleaning.
Very friendly and professional. All of the staff were very welcoming and quickly put me at ease. I was nervous and in some discomfort but Emily and Dr. Keiser answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Everything was thoroughly explained and no one seemed rushed. They even fixed the chip in my front tooth the same day even though I was a new patient that was only in to be seen because of a fall. I highly recommend them and have already scheduled my new patient exam.
