I? went to Frankel & Chesapeake just to check out the SUVs. While I? was walking the lot a sales person approached me. He quickly realized I just wanted to look around for a minute alone and gave me space. I? decided on an Escalade, proceeded inside to find Jerome Johnson, and began the car buying process. I? appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and gave me the space to decide on my own. Highly recommend him.

I? purchased a 2017 CTS for a great price and the whole process went smoothly, however, the customer service AFTER the purchase is what I’m most impressed with. Two days after having the car home I? noticed a chip in the paint on the driver’s door. I? was highly upset and called about getting it fixed, was told to bring it in. To my surprise, they fixed it for free no questions asked. Best dealership around!
I? was able to do all of my negotiating online/over the phone and had a deal worked out before walking onto the lot. I? just showed up, took my test drive and then signed the paperwork. The folks at Frankel & Chesapeake Cadillac are friendly, courteous and above all, knowledgeable. I? highly recommend them.
