Just bought a pre-owned car two weeks ago. The maintenance light comes on and I find out that the service costs $460!!! I email their GM and get no response!!!!
I got a hate message from Robert using a company account because I asked him to stop harassing me/if he was going to harass me to at least pay me. We had one convo in 2016 where I had to tell him not to be a misogynist and since then he has messaged me multiple times even when I expressed discomfort. Just today he used misogynistic and ableist slurs against me as well as saying I wasn’t human to justify his outburst. Take your business elsewhere because he hates women. Screenshots in comments.

Took our Cadillac SRX for service and dealt with Greg, he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional, took care of everything for us and the work done was flawless. When we got the truck back it looked like it had just left an expensive auto spa, they washed and cleaned the entire truck inside and out. I’d recommend this place to anyone
