I've purchased multiple vehicles from the Frankel organization over the years and they've always taken excellent care of me.

James was very professional and through, he even came in on his day off to go over all the features and help me get my phone hooked up.

The dealership makes you feel welcomed every time I visit. I enjoy owning a Cadillac and Frankel keeps it in tip top running order for me.
This is the most disorganized, mess of a service department. They kept calling me by the wrong name. It took them an hour just to get me into a loaner when they could've changed my oil and rotated my tires in that amount of time. I'd rather pay to go somewhere else than use the lease's included maintenance if that means coming here again.
Took my 2010 srx in for service drove it had to take it back never took it back home but I did take home a 2017 xt sales guy Calvin made the trade in and sale an easy laughing event was in and out in no time Brian in service kept me calm Jim educated me on my car and Mr Frankel made me feel special. You just can't go wrong with this group of young men I love my caddy absolutely love it
Went in to get my 2009 CTS serviced and walked out with a 2017 ATS!!! Had zero intentions of buying a new car but just couldn't help myself. Overall it was a friendly, pleasant experience and didn't feel very pressured either. I think I got a pretty fair deal as well.
