When we found our home and the offer was accepted, we were excited. Until the list of contingencies started to stack up, such as the length of time the seller wanted to remain in the home. Don't make the mistake I almost made by going with another realtor. I interviewed several realtors to include other real estate agencies who could have saved me a lot of cash.
