Frank is very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. He will give advice on how to best maximize the sale of your property, price it appropriately, and communicate with you continuously throughout the process. We have used Frank twice and would not think of using another realtor. With multiple listings up in our neighborhood during the slow summer months, we still sold our home within 3 weeks while the other listings are still up months later.

Being out of town he was particularly helpful both looking for a house, showing it to my daughter who lives here and being available for me the two times I was able to make the trip. He had good knowledge of how things should be, cost of repairs, etc. He also took care of some difficult negotiations.
