I started looking for my house while I still lived in Virginia, Frank was very helpful in arranging the viewings of all the houses matching my specifications and avoiding ones that wouldn't be suitable. One year in, and I'm still very happy with the house I ended up with. Frank also put me with all of the appropriate people necessary when acquiring a new home, who were all equally reasonable and helpful. Would contact again for future real estate needs.

Frank knew the area very well and the time we spent with him felt more like being with a long time friend than a Realtor. I always felt like he was looking out for us. We ended up buying the first house he recommended after getting to know us. We were buying in a small development that was under construction and he helped reduce the asking price by about $35 K. I have purchased several homes and have not worked with another Realtor that was nearly as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as him.
