2nd Update; So we’re sitting in the office waiting for our 8:30am appointment. Staff doesn’t even show up until then. Now we sit and wait for the doctor and/or Assistant to show up. This joke of an office will never change. I can’t wait for the new dermatologist to open up in Aliso Viejo. Update: Nothing has changed in this office. Good Doctor. No complaints there. Trying to get a hold of the office is a nightmare. Either busy signal or no answer. They need a better system for handling their calls.
Dr. Frank has been my dermatologist for many years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. He is incredibly detail-oriented and professional, ensuring that I receive the best care possible. The office is always nice and clean, creating a welcoming environment. The staff are friendly and supportive, making each visit a pleasant one. I have no plans to change doctors and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Frank to anyone seeking a skilled dermatologist.
