Dr. Frank is genuinely the best — highly professional and truly an expert when it comes to acne and skin care. I’ve done Morpheus and Picoway with him, and his technique is on another level. His pain management is exceptional — his expertise and precision are evident throughout, and you just feel safe trusting him through the whole process. He also has a great sense of humor and a warm, approachable manner, which puts you completely at ease. Highly recommend!
Dr.Zhan is a highly knowledgeable and exceptionally professional dermatologist, and he has a great sense of humor too. Our family has been visiting his clinic for our dermatological needs for many years now. We wouldn't dream of switching to another clinic, as he is the dermatologist we trust and are most satisfied with.
2nd Update; So we’re sitting in the office waiting for our 8:30am appointment. Staff doesn’t even show up until then. Now we sit and wait for the doctor and/or Assistant to show up. This joke of an office will never change. I can’t wait for the new dermatologist to open up in Aliso Viejo. Update: Nothing has changed in this office. Been trying to make an appointment for over a week. Consistently cut off after so many rings. Finally was able to leave a message. Let’s see how long it takes to return the call. Good Doctor. No complaints there. Trying to get a hold of the office is a nightmare. Either busy signal or no answer. They need a better system for handling their calls.
