Frank recently helped me rent my condo. He made this process so easy and talked me through all the steps I needed to get my license and register with DC. On top of this, he helped me get some furniture for the condo and had the hookup for a great photographer. He got me a 2 year contract at the price I wanted and in almost no time at all. Frank is very good at what he does and is a delightful, thoughtful person to work with.

From the very beginning Frank was set on making sure that I found the right home for me! Living out of state I had no clue where to start when it came to finding a place. If you have the chance to work with Frank take it! He made the entire home buying process incredibly easy, start to finish. He saved me money where it counted and across the board, fought to make sure I was getting the best deal, and helped me walk away with instant equity. I highly recommend having Frank as your agent! He is extremely attentive, extremely responsive, and extremely kind. He made the entire rental and leasing process smooth; from first inquiring about the listing, to answering any questions I had, and finally signing the lease.
