Back in 2023, I wandered into an open house just to “see what was out there” — not expecting much. As fate would have it, Frank was the listing agent. Frank recently helped me rent my condo. He made this process so easy and talked me through all the steps I needed to get my license and register with DC. On top of this, he helped me get some furniture for the condo and had the hookup for a great photographer. He got me a 2 year contract at the price I wanted and in almost no time at all.
