I had great experiences both buying and selling with Frank. He is an excellent counselor; he is responsive, listens well, and creative--all things you want when making these big decisions. He was patient as I went back-and-forth on whether to make an offer on a house and helped set a realistic sales price for my current condo that attract offers while getting what I wanted. He has great contacts across DC, which is helpful when trying to get a loan or needing your place fixed up before selling. Would definitely work with him... read more

Back in 2023, I wandered into an open house just to “see what was out there” — not expecting much. As fate would have it, Frank was the listing agent. I wasn’t even working with a buyer’s agent at the time and just casually dipping my toes in the DC real estate pool. But from the moment I stepped into that house, Frank brought the energy.
