Dr. Morocco and his staff treated me with nothing but kindness and genuine concern at both of my visits to his office. My skin condition was addressed with honesty and professionalism. If you need a dermatologist I highly recommend Dr. Frank Morocco and his staff for your care.
Dr Morocco and his staff were amazing. Made sure the care and comfort during my whole visit and procedures were top notch. Called me back as promised to give me my pathology reports from both procedures. If needed, I will be a returning patient and will recommend anyone for their dermatology needs.
Dr. Morroco’s office was great at getting us in the office quickly,however that is where the good talk stops! It’s been 3 months,my sister still doesn’t have her cream that was prescribed and we were supposed to do a follow up before we had any kind of drug for treatment. I have had to call several times just to finally get a prescription called in. So, I drive to the pharmacy and wouldn’t you know it, this office still hasn’t sent the prescription in. Missed one phone call from them after leaving a message so I called back a second time to make an appointment. After that, I never could get a call back to schedule an appointment. Left the messages (during business hours) followed all directions, and nothing. It’s like they gave up trying to call me back the second time around. Switched to a different dermatologist and am so glad I did.
Dr Morocco and his nursing staff deserve 5 stars. His reception- not even 1. I am a receptionist myself and I would never treat people the way these ladies constantly do. Unfortunately reception is the front face of the entire office. I came in today to schedule in person since they’re so awful on the phone and my experience was even worse.
