Great shop for experienced British car owners,with a history going back generations of satisfied customers. Loyal customers drive from all over the Los Angeles area to have their British sports car worked on by Frank Jr, son and crew. It is very easy for novice British car owners to complain, without appreciating the characteristics and reliability of the car they have purchased. It is shops like Frank Monise Motors that keep these hobby-cars alive.
Brought my MG into Frank. He had it for seven days and assured me the work was done at least four times on the phone. When I arrived I found the work wasn't done. I made complaints at Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Automotive Repairs. I even made my car available for an inspector to check. An inspector was sent out and saw the shotty work first hand. Don't bring your car to Frank Monise Motors.
