Frank was a lighthouse in a storm of our house purchase. Through no fault of his, we had challenge after challenge with the houses we chose (most with items discovered in the inspection period). Frank was the calm to my panic and the voice of reason when I needed it most. While I hope to not purchase another house soon, I will definitely call him when the time comes!

I can not express what a fantastic job that Frank did while selling our house. He was very knowledgeable about our area and gave us great feedback on our house and where best to start our price at. We were not local at the time and had renters in our house. He was patient and communicated well with all the parties included and was on top of any problems and always returned phone calls or texts promptly. Frank was an awesome realtor for my home purchase. It took months for me to find the perfect house after other offers and not getting exactly what I was looking for in some houses I viewed Frank was always interested in making sure I was happy and found the perfect home.
