Frank helped me sell my rental property in Laveen. It sold on the first weekend it was listed for above asking. Frank took a really personalized approach to the sale, helping me navigate title and closing. For the inspection, he even fixed the broken dishwasher himself and patched a hole I forgot about. In a nutshell Frank is amazing! We were first time home buyers and Frank made everything easy to understand. He was always looking out for us and was available anytime we needed him. Even after the purchase of our home he has still been available for any questions we have. Frank made the process less stressful and worked hard for us.

Frank Martin is the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with. He constantly updated me on offers, what was happening market wise in my neighborhood and helping me to get my house ready to show. He always went the extra mile he helped me move furniture and even took some out of my house to clear up clutter. The process was simple because he handled everything.
