Excellent clinician! I have been struggling with lower back, pelvic pain for months, and more recently tingling of the feet. Dr. Marghella took x-rays and did an excellent job of explaining the nature of the pain. He did an adjustment, and his staff performed a very therapeutic spinal decompression and non-invasive laser (more like infra red) treatment. The pain is a LOT better, almost minimal. I highly recommend him and his office.
