We recently awoke to a very cold house...the furnace was not working. Frank & Lindy sent Dan over to diagnose the situation. Dan was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He had the furnace up and running in no time. Dan returned a few days later to install the replacement parts. Excellent job and I highly recommend their service!

Ken B. came to fix a problem with one of our toilets. He was polite and friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and let us know how much it would cost before he started the repair. The work was done quickly and neatly. Afterward, he asked if there was anything else he could help us with then checked and repaired another toilet. All in all a pleasant experience.
For anyone whose Hot Water Heater ever let go, you can appreciate the sense of frustration and panic that overtook my wife. The staff at Frank & Lindy handled the matter in a prompt and professional manner and Rob was at our house within a few hours with the new unit. He promptly and courteously set to work, keeping us informed at each stage and even putting up with my "looking on", explaining what he was doing as he worked. All in all, a very professional experience and I do not hesitate in recommending their work.
This company deserves its 5 Star rating. Ken B. is the best ! Always on time, professional service, knows his job. Ken has a pleasing personality, and always advises the customer about decisions they should make to make the repair lasting. Never had him come back to redo the job, once he does it , its over and its right.

Kenny did a great job for us again. F&L is responsive and professional. I highly recommend them to people who want a quality job from a well run customer centric company. I will not call anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs.

I was very impressed with the work that Mike did for us. He obviously knew what he was doing and explained everything to us in detail. I had been using a local plumber lately because I expected them to be less expensive. However, I don't think the difference was that great and the service difference made up for it. I called the other plumber 3 times and still had not received a call back 3 days later when I decided to call Frank & Lindy. F & L called me exactly when the said they would and the repairman showed up on time.
