we have used F&L for years, they installed our ductless AC units. Over the years Mark, Chris, Dan and Jeremy have serviced our units and they were always efficient, respectful and prompt and informative. Thanks,christine
This is the second time that Kevin has come to our house to do work. We had a leak and he was clear about explaining everything that it could be. Luckily, the leak was found quickly and repaired. I will continue to request Kevin should we need anything else done.
Mike S. Checked out why our water softener wasn't using any salt. Within 15 minutes he had solved the problem, and explained the "igloo" effect.
Kevin came today because we had a leak from an upstairs tub. Fearing the worst, we showed him how to get access behind the walls, and let him do his job. 20mins later he's telling us "all fixed" it was just a faulty seal in the drain from the tub. Pleasant guy, clean and neat. Wears booties in the house, love that, no mess from outside. Frank & Lindy (& Kevin N!) are the best!
Mike was terrific, as always. No one could be more efficient, friendlier, and professional... We can't say enough.

Mike was wonderful. He really took the time to come back and make Sure everything was working on such a difficult job. He was so trustworthy and I even felt comfortable leaving him in my home when I was at work. He sent me videos of the work. A great man for sure!
I first called another company whose name I won't use but they're the one that drive the blue vans for a leaky shower. I was told that there was no way to fix the problem without ripping out and re-doing my shower stall. I called Frank & Lindy for a second opinion. Kevin N. came out and after a very thorough check, he found another problem other than the shower and told me that ripping out the shower was not needed.
