Came in for a simple OIL Change... They knowingly put a defective gasket on our car... Didn't put it on tight.. and forgot to put others parts on our car as well. Called us an hour later stating it was a bad part on there... But by that time it had already had started leaking oil BAD. The service manager Tony was really rude... Also the Manager John... Treated us like second class citizens. He was very rude as well..No one listened, just kept over talking us and telling us what we should have could have done. No sympathy sho... read more

Just bought a beautiful new Altima from Rodger at Frank Leta. They were wonderful, worked with us and got us a great car for a great price!!
Very unpleasant experience I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Customer service was a joke salesman didn’t care wasted a week of my time with never called me back until the end I called them out on their false advertising and I was belittled and Robbie and told it was my fault and called a liar from a man I have never spoke to. I purchased a 2014 VW Passat, Cody and Rodger were great. Our credit is not so great, and they did everything they could to get me in a car I loved with a payment I can’t afford. I am very pleased with the service here and would highly recommend them, especially those with low credit scores. Cody also did extra work and found me the best insurance rate as well. I am very appreciative.
