Ever since my old Honda crv rolled over 150000 miles I had been thinking of getting something newer. I heard that goofy 'dime down' radio commercial and decided to give them a call. I went for my appointment and met with Nick. He was very attentive to my needs and went out of his way to make sure I understood the process from beginning to end. I can honestly say that Justin Middendorf, our sale's associate worked tirelessly for my wife and I. The entire team was friendly and helpful. The experience was very time consuming and we we're both afraid that we had wasted our entire day.. Justin and his manger ( sorry can't recall his name) we're both honest and understanding to our unique situation.. Traded in my ol' reliable Jeep for a new more reliable Volkswagen. The salesman J.P. is a gentleman and a scholar. Made me and my lady feel right at home, very down to Earth, thoroughly enjoyed giving him our business. The car is in 100% bullseye condition, and finance manager John was no BS, straight to the point. Will DEFINITELY be returning.
After filling out my credit information online, I was assured by Megan that if I drove up the hour plus to Frank Leta, I would leave in a different truck. Well, credit amnesty is BS! They wanted $3500 down...not a dime like they advertise. Then, no compensation evev for my time. Horrible.
