False advertising at its best! Told by Megan to drive the 1 1/2 hours after she assured my husband we were "pre-approved". She repeatedly told us that there was no way we could be turned down. Assured us that we qualified for the 10¢ down. She lied repeatedly. So against our better judgment we believed her. Drove the long drive. Wasted gas money. Guess what?? They wanted $3500 down. Frank Leta Automotive Outlet is great with helping people with Credit Amnisty. Everyone has a certain life situation that causes credit problems, however the good this is they are there to give you a way out by rebulding credit fast with a car loan. Their inventory is all newer lower mile vehicles that are covered under warranties and they abide by the federal lending guidelines on vehicles that won't break down during the rebuild process.

I purchased my vehicle March of 2017, my mom and daughter were with me when I made the purchase. Matt my salesman gave good customer service and I was pleased with my purchase. Matt told me they did not have a second key on hand and to come back in two weeks to pick it up. My mom asked did I need to bring anything in with me and he stated no, I know I gave you one set and you are owed another. Went there with my son, they want way more down than what they advertise, then called a week later saying the financing didn’t go thru... why would they let you leave with a car before getting a financing decision??? To let someone drive around for a week thinking they just bought a new car, and bammm sorry you have to return it! Bad business
