I worked with Frank on a recent sale of my apt/condo in Brickell (Nine). Frank is a resident and I wasn't able to be in town during much of the listing and closing period. Frank went above and beyond to help leverage his network and do much of the scheduling of the punch list inspection items. It's a challenging market in Miami at the moment and it was helpful to have someone intimately familiar with my building and the differences among units.

Exploring Miami area apartments with Frank was a phenomenal experience! Frank is very professional, knowledgeable of the areas, and is super easy to get along with. He vouched on our behalf during conversations with the apartment management, and knew our price points and desired features and did not sway from them. Frank was so amazing to work with! He basically took us all over Miami because we were indecisive about our location! He was very knowledgeable about all the different areas and made sure to give us insight and information before and after every apartment visit. He took notes for us. He took videos for us. He really just made sure that every detail was taken care of! I would highly recommend working with Frank both for rentals and once we’re ready to buy, we will be calling him again!

Frank is the best of the best when it comes to Miami real estate! I was touring various properties around Brickell and found out that one of the properties required you to work with a broker to even see the inside of any unit. I called Frank to inquire about a tour and he made it happen that same day. He even showed me the inside of his own apartment so I could get a feel for layouts. He is as knowledgeable about real estate as he is personable and has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
