Property Management is TERRIBLE! Seems like they only respond or are willing to chat via Internet so forget about calling. CEO on site is barely CEO, will not return your calls/messages. Leasing Agents are unprofessional as well and aren’t willing to actually do their jobs. I had to contact the entire franchise to get to one leasing agent Denise Rojas. I have been trying to get in contact with someone from this company all week. I have left several voicemails and emails that have gone unanswered. Thank God it is not an emergency because I wouldn't be able to receive any help. Extremely disappointed.
