Told me they don’t take transfers AFTER scheduling my appointment. Said they wouldn’t see me after I told them I moved and saw a GI doctor 2 years ago. Said “it would be different if it was 20 years ago.” Ridiculous when they knew I saw a GI doctor in the past
I love Dr Frank he cares. But when I went to have a procedure done I waited more then 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. Absolutely not ridiculous! And no one comes out to at least tell you what’s going on. Or even apologizes. Horrible
DR FRANK IS VERY THOROUGH AND HAS A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER. HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERY DETAIL.
Dr. Frank is very considerate and thorough. He takes his time and makes sure you feel very comfortable throughout every procedure. He keeps in touch to make sure everything is okay. My last doctor didn't even call me after my procedure to discuss anything and didn't find what Dr. frank found right away. I owe a lot to this man for helping figure out what has been wrong with me.
Dr. Frank takes time to make you feel at ease before your procedure. This was especially comforting for me during at my first colonoscopy. When I learned I would need a repeat procedure in only a year I was not apprehensive about making that follow up appointment. Dr Frank takes the time to explain results of your procedure and is always polite and professional.
