I had a custom pendant made at the store. It took 40 days to fulfill which is typical. I showed them two concept arts of what I wanted. An A.I generated photo of the visual effect the pendant was to have, and a second image I hired an artist for, to be the actual design. All of the progress they showed me for the work was using my commissioned design, but when I received the pendant they had used the A.I. generated design instead. I also had it engraved. They do fantastic custom work as well as providing excellent repairs! Hands down, best that I have dealt with in this area!
I bought a Rolex back in March 2024. I had a problem with the diamond bezel. I took it back to Frank’s Jewelry on Canal Road last week and they had it repaired at no charge and I picked it up today.
