I had a great experience buying a used car from Scott Westbrook at Boucher Imports. He was very helpful, easy to work with and has been great with following up with me! When I encountered an issue with my windshield, Scott and general manager Mike Elliot went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of! I had such a great experience that I sent my mom to Scott to buy a car too! Excellent customer service!

I emailed Frank Boucher Volkswagen Kia about a used 2007 ford F150. Sarah respond in a timely fashion and said they had it. We emailed back and forth that morning. I asked question and respond back with an answer in a timely fashion. She sent me a video of the truck. I asked if I Could come and see the truck and drive it.
