My salesman was very pushy on a warranty that covered things like soda spills and rain water. The finance person was very pushy on a warranty that I was told came with my vehicle in the first place. Both of them made the car buying process a nightmare, took 2 days to purchase my car, had to come back a second day, then took over an hour to issue new plates. Do not recommend this dealership and will not be going back. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them over the years, and it was a horrible experience!

I have used this service department since I purchased my Kia Forte 2010 at another dealership. I came here because the other service department was so awful. This department has taken great care of my car and me. I recommend them all of the time. Chris, Dan, Annica, and Hannah are excellent service personnel. it was time for a new car, I asked my son in law, and he recommended this dealership. I met with Scott Westbrook and explained what I was looking for. After a couple of test rides, I chose a VW Tiguan. The conversation was friendly, informative, and we easily came to a price I was happy with and he was comfortable with. A very good experience, the more I drive "Vicki" the more I love her (I name all my cars)...I highly recommend Scott and this dealership, you will not be disappointed or harrassed.
