RecommendedThings are different this year for sure, but our car buying experience was great. After shopping around by phone, I worked with Scott Westbrook who gave me the best price. He was very responsive and helpful. The website is great too. Car details and even the window sticker are all available on their web site. The actual sale was very efficient and took advantage of technology to streamline the process. I'm sure you can get copies of all the paperwork but I left with just a thumb drive!
I just bought a 2020 VW Tiguan from Frank Boucher VW Mazda Kia. If you are looking a vehicle specifically a VW, I'd recommend Boucher. My salesman was Nick Schouten and he was a great guy. The whole team was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. No pressure sales, but very helpful. Additionally, I'd recommend Boucher for service. My prior car was a 2010 VW Tiguan and I had it serviced at Boucher. Each encounter with the dealership has been positive.
Bought my first car earlier this week and I had a great first experience! I worked with Sarah T and was very satisfied throughout the entire process: from texting and emailing back and forth after I saw the car posted online, to setting up an appointment and going on a test drive, to signing the paperwork and driving it home! First time visiting the Racine VW location, and they were great to me. They got me in quickly, they fixed my warranty repair without an issue and even allowed me to add on an oil change/tire rotation and car wash without a problem at all. Dustin helped me from my first phone call until he cashed me out at the end, and his customer service was exceptional. When they buy your car and you choose to have check mailed to you.Don't do it! They give you the run around and the manager is A horrible liar. Going on a month. Husband called them about it. Was told it's been on desk for 2 weeks didn't know where to send it? He said he'll be there today to pick it up. Wasn't there? He's going to pick it up tomorrow! I guess we'll see if it happens? We'll never buy again from them!
had no idea what they were doing! a Mazda i-eloop battery but didnt know a thing about it or how it worked. will never return or buy Mazda or Kia!
