Nice to see the sales people standing around doing nothing but talking. Oh well. Was looking at a Wrangler 4dr, no one could be bothered to answer a question. Well guess Don Miller in Madison would appreciate a customer.
My father made an appointment to check out a new Dodge Ram and Randy was who he was supposed to meet with because he sold him his first truck. Well Randy didn’t bother to even greet him. He was with someone else and never came over to say hey I might be a little late because I’m finishing up with these customers. He didn’t have the truck ready for him to look at like he said he would. Horrible service for a supposed “valued customer”.

Very good service Kurt the service manager was excellent trying to help me with the grand Cherokee I purchased from Baraboo Motors which had a bad transmission and still is messed up but they really try to help me next vehicle I buy will be from Frank Boucher says I can dump this piece of crap that I bought from Baraboo Motors often on to somebody sorry to say
I was a repeat customer at Bryden in Beloit, until I stopped in at Frank Boucher yesterday evening. We stopped in just to look at the Grand Cherokees and met Leonard Clifford. He was the best! Very friendly, easy to talk to, and wasnt trying to rush us to make a decision or push us into something we didnt want.
