I took my truck here that I bought at another local dealership. Unfortunately the truck had a few issues that the other dealership had not looked into nor informed me of and I found out a couple days after purchase. Boucher took a look at the truck, took care of the warranty and recall items and even helped me out on an alternator that was just slightly out of warranty. I will definitely be looking to buy my next vehicle at Boucher.

Great experience purchasing my Jeep! Was able to set everything up from home and stop in to sign papers and go no problem. The customer service was exceptional! From text messages to make sure I had no issues to even driving out to my work to pick up the Jeep for an auto start/stop issue and bringing back before my shift was over. Earned my business for service despite being an hour away. Thanks Randy, Michael, Ryan, and Nate!
Couldn’t be faster with getting the sale, any sort of follow up with the issues I’ve had after purchase is non existent. I’ve had to reach out to Jeep corporate and the BBB, hopefully that’ll get someone to follow up. Go elsewhere.
Cameron Cass and Cameron Mallory are awesome! Purchased a 2018 VW Passat and a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys. No pushy or sleazy sales guy stuff, just listened to what we wanted and made it happen!
I would recommend here always. Went in for an oil change - not in a hurry (nowhere to go these days) - but it ended up being over and hour wait. The supervisor figured out what the little mistake was - fixed it and oil change was on him! No need for this! I was not upset and understood the mixup. Some of THE BEST customer service ever! Time for me to pay it forward!!!
