I am very disappointed in this dealership. I have purchased 2 Jeeps from them. I planned on being a loyal customer, but the service department had screwed up both times I've gone in for an oil change. This most recent time, I wad told I needed a new air filter. Turns out it was an air filter for a Dodge Ram and I have a Jeep Wrangler. I was so furious. I told then I just replaced it last time I was here. Just picked up my Jeep and spent over 700 dollArs in repairs!! Couldn’t throw in some new floor mats like I asked they didn’t even clean the car at all! And there is nice new dent in my driver side!! Would never go back! Absolutely poor experience
I recently had an issue with my 2016 Scat Pack Charger when the water pump decided to eat itself on I90. Nearly in tears over my crippled baby I limped it to Frank Boucher (never been there before). Sobbing from more emotions then I had when my favorite dog died, I brought it in and watched while a team of surgeons in the bay swarmed my beloved 392 and set to work. I bought a $30,000 jeep yet when I come to get it serviced I walk up to the desk and people just walk away from me and leaving me there with nothing to do and not saying a word just ignoring me very very very poor customer service. I was just about to inquire about the new gladiator but I am not going to buy it from them nor will I buy my next two jeeps from them
