I have been coming to Revive Spine Center in Niagara Falls location. My time here has been outstanding. Great and friendly staff that makes it a wonderful experience.
i would recommend anyone to come in if they have to have surgery on the spine they do great job.

After years of fighting with the VA system, Dr.Vigna gave my husband his life back through spinal fusion. 2 days post-op and this is the first time in years he says there is no back pain. Dr.Vigna truly cares about his patients and their well being. We just can't thank you enough for giving us our future back.
Spinal decompression went horribly wrong. First 8 sessions went good and on session 9 the spinal decompression machine malfunctioned and started to squeeze my neck so hard that I was in a lot of pain. I kept pushing emergency stop botton but it didn’t stop. There is no one watching you so you are on your own. When the session was over and they stopped the mashine I couldn’t get up and started passing out and was extremely dizzy, disoriented and in a lot of pain.
Great Doctor. Kind and caring. Always makes you feel comfortable. Excellent surgeon. Can't say enough nce things about him.
Highly recommend Dr. Vigna and his staff. Love his conservative approach and not rushing to operate immediately. Yes, wait times can be a bit much but the way I look at it, is, when it comes time for your turn, he is going to spend the time he needs with you too. It's worth the wait. Both my husband and I have been to see him. Fortunately my issue was resolved with conservative treatment while my husband's required surgery. Very very happy and we travel over 2 hours to get to his office.
Dr. Vigna did my back surgery. What a great Doctor. He explained what was going on with my back in a way that no other doctor has over the past 20 years that I have been in pain. They all told me to live with it. Not Dr. Vigna he got busy and investigated where the pain was coming from and took care of it. He is a very pleasant , down to earth doctor to talk to and he makes sure you understand what is going on. Also his staff is very friendly. Most of the time I have not had to wait very long.
