RecommendedI was just in the Hospital on 2-18-20 and staff was great. I had to go back to get a pneumonia shot that the nurses forgot to give me and when I went back it was one there didn't want to answer any questions and she had an attitude so the other nurse came and she asked me what was the problem I told her that they didn't get me my flu shot so the lady named Chrissy she jump in and assist me and she was pretty good
I walked into an empty waiting room with 2 nurses behind the counter, I had to wait about 5 minutes for one of them to come over and start processing me. I was there for an ankle injury, you'd expect a wheelchair, right? Nope. I had to hobble back to my room, with the nurse walking quite fast in front of me. I had to walk to the xray room, then just got pointed back to my room. The doctor was the only friendly interaction I got through my whole experience. I'm thankful I live up North and have compassionate staff here.

Used to come here cause we don't have insurance was $50 to see a nurse practitioner. Last time we went it had gone up to $75!!! Then got a bill in the mail for an additional $42!!! Total cost is now $117!!! Just to get a prescription for antibiotics!!! We will go to healthlinc from now on! Taking advantage of sick people! For shame!

RecommendedWe have been seeing Dr. Smith since my oldest was just a few months old. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the doctors always listen and take time to understand my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and Dr. Bowman to anyone looking for a great pediatrician!
