The doctors were very informative... Things I thought were so serious are, but not the way I was thinking. I would trust them with my life any day or anytime�

We have used this facility many times both the ER and as an inpatient. I cannot say enough about the quality of care and compassion given. Everyone is caring and helpful. Even yesterday when my mom was in ER and a bed wasn’t available the ER staff took great care of her all night.

Well I liked the prompt attention. There seems to be a lot of sympathy and empathy amongst staff and clergy. No complaints to speak of. Food maybe that one area I'd might say needed a lift. My healthcare was top rate.

I had an excellent experience at the emergency room in Munster. I got in quickly, had wonderful care, and was treated kindly.

The best hospital I have ever experienced. The staff is kind and courteous, the medical team reached beyond my expectations and treated me with great care.

I am an employee. My husband was sick so he came to the ED for treatment. He has his own insurance and is not on mine. He gets a 1000.00 dollar bill. He called and made a payment arrangements. Today we get notice that he was sent to collections. Why make a credit agreement if you are going to send them to collections anyway?? He came to franciscan because I work there. No respect from billing. If they treat an employees family like this how do they treat non family? So embarrassed and hurt!!!!!
