THE ICU NURSES WERE KIND AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY
The emergency room was the best emergency experience of my life. It was quick with noooo long waiting for test results. A special thank you to Dr. Jovenel Cherenfant for his thorough explanation of my son's surgical process. Even on Easter Sunday, everyone who was called in gave us their best customer service. I was very pleased with all of the nurses who worked in room 233 on 4/20-21/19. Thank you to the gentlemen in the black scrubs who was gracious to my son on his birthday. Happy birthday to him. Very long wait... Ended up leaving after almost 2 hours and went to Express Care on Munster! In/out within an hour! Weird thing too there was only one person ahead of us and girl at front desk couldn't give me an approximate time AT ALL! She was very rude!
I visited the ER on Sunday March 31 and again on April 8 both day only one Doctor on duty the wait was horrible what if a mass emergency had happen don’t feel comfortable at this hospital horrible experience both times will not come here any more.
