too long of a wait to see the doctor in cancer Center. valet no where to be found to park my car.

Had a Mamogram and Bone Density today, and starting with the receptionist and then the ladies who did the test were very friendly and nice and made me very comfortable during my procedures.
I had surgery and the staff and Dr were all wonderful and so attentive!!
Horrible! No concern for his condition at all!!😡😡😡 went to Community and got right in. Staff is great...even made him smile as miserable as he is...
The nurses have been very caring and approachable in ICU.
How can Franciscan improve? How about not cancelling appt. after appt., month after month. I've been trying to get (and keep) an appt. for my son(16) with a specialist. I've made two appts, and both have been cancelled on him. The last one cancelled was cancelled as I was driving to the appointment. I'm frustrated and apprehensive to make yet another appt. (a month later mind you), for fear of it being cancelled yet again.
Not impressed with this hospital AT ALL!
