My experience was bitter sweet what I see as the problem is, staff is task oriented and does not address the patient as a whole. The food on the other hand is unappealing and not fresh. Need to seek put a well trained nutritionist/chef. It inivative enough. Cheap food.
ALWAYS VERY PUNTUAL WITH MY APPOINTMENTS AND DOCTORS AND STAFF ALWAYS ON TOP OF ALL OF MY QUESTIONS.
I would suggest that if you are in need of a hospital, go somewhere else! !!!
My son came in with hives and a sore leg, they caught something bigger and had him transferred to Chicago but the nurses and the doctor were AMAZING! Second time I've had to use their ER and both times, nothing but pleasant, patient, understanding people. They talked us through everything they did and made sjre we knew what was happening and what they found.
Went in for a random drug screening. Really nice reception and nurse. I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you.
Love this hospital. Professional, courteous, thorough and prompt.
