Today was my first time in the emergency room at Franciscan Health. I normally prefer to go to community but because this hospital was closer and we had an emergency we decided to give it a try. Biggest mistake ever! My 8 yr was in so much pain that she was shaking and was crying so much. You could feel her pain just looking at her. I had the most pleasant experience at Franciscan Health Hammond. I underwent a lengthy septoplasty which was an outpatient procedure. I was treated so well from the PSR downstairs all the way through to exiting. The nurses and the Dr's were phenomenal so on point with everything. Love the new Franciscan!

good service and they got the job done glad the Doc was able to discover something in my daughter's feet he got it out and gave her one or two stitches and we was out the door
