came to the hospital for my son and the receptionist at the front desk name ARI STEVENSON was very rude to not only us but all that came to the desk. we get to the back the doctor see my son says he's going to discharge him 45 min later I asked the Nurse MANDY if the paperwork was ready and she began to go off speaking loudly in the area saying she will not be disrespected when all I did was ask a question. I've been waiting to see a doctor for almost 4 hours and nobody came and see me this is the worst Hospital ever and I'm still waiting
Wife was there for 7 days. Staff fantastic. Highly recommend
RecommendedI spent three days there. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. was admitted from the er. The only problem was the food. It was awful. It was always luke warm and distasteful. I didnt feel like eating anyway, but when I tried, I couldnt, cuz it was nasty. I know hospital food is notorious for being nasty, some things can be changed if it's warm. Was there last night for abdominal pain took them 7 hours and a bunch of tests just to tell me something my doctor could of told me in 30 minutes. Then my nurse started to get a lip rude when I asked why it was taking two hours for a urine test when it says 60-90 minutes for any lab
Everytime I have been here ER staff was great they took me right back and started treating me immediately. Once on the floor the staff was great and was there for me every time I turned on my call light. The food was great to me. People need to understand that this is a hospital and not Red Lobster, Chinese or Steak restaurant. The food is very healthy and seasoned well. The reason for you visit is your health not your appetite.
